For airport transportation, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to pickup. For intercity tours, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the pickup time. If cancellations are made within these time frames, a full refund may be granted. Cancellations made after these time frames may be subject to a penalty fee. This policy also applies to any changes or adjustments made to the ride.

We offer three convenient ways to make a reservation – by phone, email, or online chat. Our support team is available around the clock to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during the booking process. If you need an immediate response or quote, simply call our helpline for fast service.

Our customer agent will send you both an SMS and make a call to inform you of the driver’s arrival time and provide a notification when the driver is nearby your location.

We recommend reserving a car at least 12 hours in advance to ensure availability and desired service at your chosen location and time. However, we do offer unscheduled or immediate transportation if cars are available.
